We are designing the platform with the landlords who will use it.

Seuil is a new Montreal project, currently under construction. The starting point: understanding what costs you time every month, before writing a single line of code.

A tenant opens a ticket. Vendors, electricians, plumbers, maintenance, etc., see it and claim it.

Leases, insurance, inspection reports, centralized and retrievable in seconds.
